HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW ITEMS?

- New stock are released every four weeks on Saturday  at 8am (GMT) on the website.

We communicate with our customers should there be any changes. Ie Date, Time etc

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day. 

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SECOND HAND/THRIFTED?

Yes, all products are and good as new unless stated otherwise.

 

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept payments from MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigoCash and from all major debit & credit card providers. 

 

WHEN WILL THIS ITEM BE RESTOCKED?

All items we sell are 1 of 1 vintage/thrifted pieces, therefore we cannot predict when each item will be restocked. Follow us on Instagram @tryeviie and turn on post notifications on Instagram to not miss out on items.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
